Timbuktu Trading Company is an online store and is open 24 hours. However, if you are in the Shreveport/Bossier area and would like to pickup your order, we are open for pickups on Saturdays. Simply email info@timbuktutradingcompany.com to reserve your time and receive a pickup number.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase contact us at info@timbuktutradingcompany.com and provide the receipt. You will be issued a credit for your purchase (less shipping) and we will ask you to return the item to us in the original packaging.
